Half of classroom management is telling everyone the same thing without saying it again. Green means work and talk, yellow means quieter please, red means stop and look at me — one tap, and the whole room knows. The second tab swaps the lamps for four work signals: silent work, listening, pair talk and hands up, each one big enough to fill the projector. Set the timer if you like, and green will turn to yellow by itself before the time runs out.
Keys 1, 2, 3 · 0 turns them off.
💡 How teachers use it
- 🌼Green for the five minutes of pair work, and let it turn yellow on its own.

❓ Questions teachers ask
Can it change colour by itself?
Yes. Switch the timer on and green runs for five minutes, yellow warns for one, then red stops the activity. Tapping a lamp yourself pauses the cycle straight away.
What are the work signals for?
They say what kind of work is happening rather than whether to stop: silent work, listening, talking in pairs, hands up. Children who are still learning to read recognise the picture long before the words.
Can I use the keyboard?
Keys 1, 2 and 3 light green, yellow and red, and 0 turns them all off. It is the quickest way to change the signal without walking back to the laptop.
