💬 Questions teachers ask
What order should I teach the letters in?
Most phonics programmes start with s, a, t, p, i, n — those six already spell dozens of little words (sat, pin, tap), so a child reads something real on day one. These pages work in any order, so follow whatever your course uses.
Do I need a printer?
No. Everything works on a screen: the sound is spoken by the browser, the pictures are tappable and the tracing strip is there to copy from. The worksheets are a bonus for the days you do want paper.
Whose voice reads the words?
It is the speech voice built into your device — the same one that reads messages aloud — so there is nothing to install. Choose the English voice you like best in your system settings and every page will use it.
