No-prep games
Every game on this site is no-prep — but these are the ones that need nothing at all: no topic to choose, no cards to load, no decision to make. Open the tab and the activity exists.
They are the honest answer to a lesson that starts in four minutes, a substitute class, or a plan that fell apart in the first ten seconds.
🎈 Games in this collection
Fortune Wheel
A painted carnival wheel with your class on its slices. Spin it, hear the ratchet slow, and a ticket prints with the lucky name.
Wishing Dice
Tip the leather cup and one to four ivory dice tumble out onto the velvet. The total is stamped into the felt in wax.
Moon Hourglass
Turn the glass and stardust starts to fall. The moon ring empties with the minutes, and a soft gong says the time is up.
Name 3
Tap the floating cube. It turns, a topic is engraved on the face it lands on, and you name three.
Hall of Banners
A torchlit great hall where every team is a banner — each point hoists it higher, a crest stamps the cloth, and the crown drifts to the leader.
Sorting Stones
Every name is a pebble in a leather pouch. Tip it over a circle of standing stones and the class lands in fair, random teams.
Two Doors
One question, two great doors, one answer on each. The class votes, and the right door swings open into the light.
Jungle Jump
A monkey shows the move, the ring counts it down, and the next card flips up. Every deck ends calm enough to sit back down.

Games by topic · 5 min read❓ Questions teachers ask
What can I run in under two minutes?
Name 3. Tap the cube, it lands on a topic, someone names three things, everyone laughs, you move on. Dice and the name wheel are just as quick when you need a turn-taking decision.
Is a no-prep game still a real activity, or just filler?
It depends on the question you attach to it. The wheel that picks a name is filler; the wheel that picks who answers the next full-sentence question is speaking practice. The tool is quick — the language target is yours.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It is a website — it opens in the school browser, on a phone, on a tablet, on the interactive whiteboard. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
