What age is tracing for?
Roughly five to seven, once a child can hold a pencil with some control. Before that, tracing frustrates more than it teaches — the letters are still shapes, and shapes are drawn, not written.
Can I make it lowercase only?
The sheet prints the words as you type them, so type them in lower case and that is what comes out. Most early-years teachers do exactly that — capitals arrive later and only for names.
