Halloween game
Spooky Wheel: a Halloween spinning wheel for your class
Type any words, phrases, questions or tasks, one per line, and spin. The pick appears above the wheel; then you decide: ELIMINATE takes it off the wheel, SPIN keeps it in and spins again. Free, on the class screen, a tablet or a phone.

How it works
- Press START and type your lines, or tap “Use the nine Halloween words”.
- Press START THE GAME, then SPIN. The wheel stops on one line and shows it above the wheel.
- ELIMINATE removes that line; SPIN keeps it and spins again. When the wheel is empty, the game is complete.
Ideas for the lesson
- Vocabulary: put the Halloween words on the wheel; the child says the word, spells it or acts it out.
- Speaking: put questions on it (“What is your favourite costume?”) and ask round the class.
- Movement: put tasks on it (“Fly like a bat!”, “Walk like a zombie!”) for a quick energiser.

Questions teachers ask
- Is Spooky Wheel free?
- Yes. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install: open the page and play.
- Can I put my own words on the wheel?
- Yes: any words, phrases, questions or tasks, one per line, up to forty. The nine Halloween words are one tap away if you want them.
- Does it work on an interactive whiteboard or a phone?
- Yes. It fits any screen, and the full-screen button in the corner gives the wheel the whole display for the class.
