How to play

  1. Choose two, three or four banner teams.

  2. Tap the + under a banner and it climbs a notch.

  3. The crown drifts over to whoever is in front.

  4. Tap the − to take a point back.

  5. One tap empties the hall for the next lesson.

Variations

Three ways to play it differently once the class knows the rules.

  1. Points for English

Give a point whenever a team asks for something in English instead of in their own language.

  2. Teamwork points

Score the behaviour you want — tidy tables, helping, a raised hand — not only the right answers.

  3. Beside another game

Keep the hall open in a second tab and switch to it after each round of another game.
